How to fill it in: WordPress Admin → Products → Categories → open “Rotating-door Slipring” → fill in the 介绍文本 (or 介绍 HTML) field → Save.

The same screen also holds the subtitle, series image and Catalog PDF URL. This placeholder disappears as soon as the intro is filled in.
